Bu konunun bu kadar \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli nedenlerinden biri gen\u00e7 ku\u015faklar\u0131n i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusu giderek daha fazla \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcrl\u00fc hale gelmektedir. Gen\u00e7ler \u00e7ok daha farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri tan\u0131yarak b\u00fcy\u00fcyorlar, ebeveynlerinden \u00e7ok daha \u00e7e\u015fitli gruplar i\u00e7inde yeti\u015fiyorlar. Onlar i\u00e7in \u00e7e\u015fitlilik do\u011fal bir gereklilik haline gelir. Forbes dergisinde yay\u0131nlanan bir makaleye g\u00f6re, gen\u00e7ler daha kapsay\u0131c\u0131 bir d\u00fcnyaya hizmet eden markalara giderek daha fazla ilgi duyuyor; e\u015fit f\u0131rsatlar ve sosyal adalet de bu konular aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.
